Sonia Vásquez specializes in Clinical Herbalism and Integrative and Functional Nutrition and Wellness. She is an adjunct instructor at the North American Institute of Herbal Medicine, where she focuses on adapting, translating, and teaching the curriculum for Spanish speakers. As a certified wellness coach she has helped hundreds of people with weight loss, metabolic and sleep disorders, skin conditions and stress management among others. She is also a POCA® ear acupuncture technologist and a yoga, meditation, and personal care instructor from the Breath for Change® program. She is also certified in Natural Skin Care Formulations from the School of Natural Skin Care and Integrative and Functional Nutrition from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Sonia is a very active educator and coach. She focuses on creating awareness about the importance of personal and environmental care. One of her main passions is to teach people how to create their own medicines and find alternative and creative ways to heal.
