Latinas Leading provides science-backed coaching and training to increase diverse leaders’ engagement and productivity. Aligned with our core values, we offer research-informed, people-focused, culturally humble, and actionable leadership development services. Drawing from our founder's (Dr. Irma Campos, PhD) experiences as a bicultural Latina American woman, we are honored to serve historically underrepresented leaders, like Latina and Latinx American leaders. We aspire to change organizations to better serve our increasingly connected and diverse world. Latinas Leading's services include: a) 360 leadership assessments and coaching b) Leadership group trainings to increase leadership skills and competencies c) Organizational consulting to facilitate diversity and inclusion culture strategies from the top-down We serve mid to large-size organizations with high-performing leaders. We partner well with organizations that are growth-oriented and focused on serving historically underrepresented groups.
