LatticeFi is a wealth management platform that develops technologies to empower financial advisors and family offices. The platform focuses on creating tools for transparency and liquidity for over-the-counter (OTC) products such as bonds and private investments. Private investments and OTC assets are illiquid in nature due to the asymmetric information bias against the buyer and subsequent lack of market participants. Investors often encounter difficulties finding historical prices, trading history and readily available company comparables. LatticeFi endeavors to mitigate these factors by aggregating data from various sources and standardizing the information presented to investors to facilitate better decision making. Bonds are the first category of OTC assets LatticeFi has enabled on the platform. Clients can now view bond prices, compute yields, find company comparables, create watchlists and alerts, and monitor company related news. Furthermore, the platform’s portfolio management system will allow clients to view their aggregated OTC investment positions. LatticeFi is where innovation meets execution.
