We are a team of property experts passionate about what we do. What we do is based on a robust and tested business model (money in, money out, assets for life). The model has been tested and refined over five years by the company founders. We joined forces in 2019 under LAUK Holdings, taking advantage of our individual strengths and the expertise of our team of collaborators. We have very clear KPIs that allow us to identify properties that match our investment criteria. We only buy properties with potential to add value through a complete renovation. Properties are then rented on a short term basis taking advantage of expertise, systems and procedures the founders have refined whilst managing their own properties and other landlord's properties.
