Launch Girls

Launch Girls equips adolescent girls (ages 14–24) in South Asia and Africa to move from education to earning and access meaningful economic opportunities. Our flagship Girl Boss program - grounded in programming from MIT's sloan School of Management and World Bank research and co-created with girls - builds seven core work-readiness skills, from confidence and communication to digital and financial literacy. Through real-world application, mentorship, and hands-on projects that demonstrate their abilities, girls strengthen problem-solving skills, challenge limiting perceptions, and prepare for their futures whether it's employment, entreprenurship, or higher education. Recognizing that lasting change requires supportive systems, we also engage parents, boys, and communities to shift mindsets and create environments where girls can thrive. We partner with grassroots organizations, nonprofits, and government instutions to deliver scalable, locally relevant programs. Since 2020, Launch Girls has reached over girls across 16 countries through 32 trusted partners
