Recent work: For a connected gaming company, Launch Theory acted as their technical leadership and delivery team—fractional CTO, project and vendor management, and senior development—to stabilize their platform after an offshore vendor locked them out of their own infrastructure. For a veteran community platform, we stabilized a legacy system in crisis, coordinated multiple outsourced teams, and led the architecture and delivery of a critical DoD AI project.
