WHAT I DO: Through 1-on-1 and group training, I guide high-performing professionals who want to do something new on how to map out a career path that gives them goosebumps, and then make that dream career a reality – all while feeling balanced and aligned with their authentic selves. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: As an Executive Recruiter who has placed thousands of candidates and interviewed over 30K professionals, I have come to believe that each of us is born with a unique life and career calling. Identifying and honoring this calling is perhaps the most important action successful people take. They take the time to understand what they’re here to do – and then they pursue that with passion and enthusiasm. I bring my clients through that process of transformation so they can go from, “I feel stuck and uninspired” to “heck, yes I’m ready to level up in my life, and I know how to do it!” WHAT I’VE LEARNED: Sure, a lot of gurus and experts out there will talk about how to find your calling.but the sticky spot for most people is making that vision a reality. In other words, taking ACTION. That’s where I come in. I pride myself on being an activator that helps people get from where they are to where they want to go.
