Laurie B Teaches

With years of experience, I teach, speak, post, and tweet on using social media. My students (of all ages) experience social media marketing through active, practical application that exposes them to a variety of technologies. My approach, whether in teaching or speaking, is practical and realistic - if you don't understand and are overwhelmed, you will get frustrated and not use it. I want people to 'get' how it applies to them and their organizations. Students and audiences leave ready to contribute knowledge, embrace new ideas, experiment with a variety of methods, and flow with change. A speaker at workshops, conferences, and private events throughout the US and Canada, I have been featured in US News & World Report, The New York Times, and numerous other media. I work primarily with municipalities, government agencies, higher education, public libraries, and groups/ associations because I believe you pave the way in educating our communities, workforce, and future generations.
