Who Lavery Governance Consulting comprises me, Siobhan Lavery. When formulating my plans for Lavery Governance Consulting, I made a purposeful decision that I would be the sole consultant. This was so that my clients could be confident that when they engage Lavery Governance Consulting they will receive the services of an experienced and qualified listed company secretarial professional, delivered to the highest standard. • I am an award-winning* company secretary with over 18 years’ experience providing company secretarial services to over 30 LSE listed companies, including FTSE 250 companies. • I have been involved in over 15 IPO’s, a number of mergers and schemes of reconstruction, alongside other complex corporate actions. • I have been the company secretary for over 100 private companies and acted as director for over 250 private companies. • My career has been split between London, Guernsey and Jersey and I have a deep and extensive working knowledge of the regulatory requirements of all three jurisdictions.* 2015 Jersey ICSA Company Secretarial Officer of the Year award.
