We have a long history in the online people business which dates back to 1996 with the launch of Mills Harding, Australia’s first specialist digital recruitment firm. LaVolta Consulting was launched in 2001 to continue our support for the digital media industry. We've been involved in innovation for many years, helping companies define their business models from new business strategies to re-modeling particularly in most recent years as digital transforms every business. We've helped build specialised business units within established corporations that are responsible for emerging technologies and new innovative product and service strategies and we work with start-ups and fast moving enterprises who face significant operational challenges.
