The members of Lawhightech community are united by the common goal of enabling the businesses to collaborate effectively, empowering them to launch and manage their high-tech products and services according to the defined business requirements. We come from Dual-Skilled technical and legal backgrounds mainly in the Information and Communications Technology sector. We decided to join our forces to solve one of the most critical issues that, in our experience, makes most of the high-tech projects blow their budgets, deliver much less value than expected while by far overrunning even small project schedules: the divergence between the overall business goals of the project and the commercial interests of the individual parties involved. Our legal solutions based on Hightechlaw methodology ensure that the technical and business stakeholders are on the same page, regardless of whether they speak different professional languages.
