Lawrence Olum Foundation

The Lawrence Olum Foundation was founded in February 2017 with an aim to identify, nurture and grow youth sporting talent through education in Kenya. Our purpose is to enhance a healthier future through education and sports. We want to help shape a better and healthier world through sports. The foundation focuses on three main sports: Soccer, basketball and volleyball as it looks to venture into other sports. We provide education opportunities to talented youth locally Our Vision The Lawrence Olum Foundation strives to be a world class leader in the sports community by delivering and supporting initiatives that identify and nurture youth talent, promote physical and mental well-being, champion development benefits of sports, fair play and education for youth in Kenya and beyond. Our Causes Identify, nurture and grow youth sporting talent through education Provide education opportunities to talented youth locally Provide sports facilities and equipment to players to enable them train at an optimal environment Support the development and well-being of underserved youth in the local community where the foundation is based. Partner and work together with organizations with a similar vision to enhance our goals as a foundation Develop and sustain long-term collaborations and relationships with sports organizations and agencies
