In addition to an IP audit conducted as part of due diligence for the needs of investment processes, our Firm provides on-going support to start-ups and businesses at later stages of development, in the field of intellectual property management- comprehensive legal services including corporate law advisory for investment funds, medium entities and start-ups dealing with new technologies and SaaS sector in particular domestic subsidiaries belonging to international capital groups- protection of personal data (RODO), including the development and implementation of procedures and documents related to personal data protection, carrying out audits concerning personal data protection and representing clients before the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data. Our Law Firm cooperates on an on-going basis with a patent attorney’s office, tax advisors.
