With a master’s degree in kinesiology, Jeremy Lawson has 21 years’ experience training elite athletes who went on to national pro leagues like the NFL, the NBA, and the PGA Tour. He’s also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. His background includes: Strength & Conditioning Coach at UCLA & UC Berkeley Golf Specific Personal Trainer, Los Angeles County Adult Personal Trainer, Marin County Jeremy recently returned to his hometown of beautiful Ojai, CA where he is helping people achieve their goals, whether it's training for a big tennis tournament or just getting more fit. You do not have to be an elite athlete to benefit from his training - Jeremy's philosophy is that each unique body requires a customized personal workout plan, based on the results he or she wants to achieve.
