If you are a lawyer, law student, paralegal, or legal admin, you can join LDP's supportive, stigma-free environment where you can speak with people who get it. LDP offers group chats, discussion forums, and 10+ monthly virtual meetings so you can find what is right for you. Studies have examined connections between law practice and depression, as well as higher usage rates of alcohol and substance abuse.
