We are neither a typical M&A broker, nor banker, nor strategy consultant. But, rather, a hybrid that blends all three skill sets to help growth-minded entrepreneurs find and exploit opportunity in a world where the old definitions of a buyer and a seller are evolving, where micro-networks are more attractive than dots on a map, and where it’s increasingly possible for independents to remain independent and thrive. Lazare focuses primarily on the Marketing Technology, Creative, Digital, and Data space, and offers clients support in areas such as Growth Advisory, Market Entry, Partner Search, Buy-side/Sell-side M&A, Integration, and Business Transformation. Although our team is based in New York City, we are decidedly international in outlook with significant experience helping North American, European, and Asian entrepreneurs successfully cross-borders and expand into new markets.
