LB Yachts Mallorca is a International Yacht Broker based on the island of Mallorca. We offers a professional stress free service with a simple,'no sale, no fee' policy. We personally visit every boat, take unlimited photographs and we only offer boats in ‘good’ condition, that are well maintained and at a price that reflects the market situation. We also undertake viewings, negotiate offers, attend surveys, deal with legal and compliance issues, handle client funds, plus offer support and liaison throughout the sales process. Lee Baynes, our main broker has worked within the boating industry since leaving school. Having spent some successful years in a well known Broker Franchise, we thought it was time for him to use the knowledge he gained and branch out with LB Yachts Mallorca.
