Officially licensed by the Department of Information Communications and Technology (DICT) to conduct telecom Tower ownership and leasing nationwide (DICT ITC Certificate 2020-0027A). LDIC is founded by Ramoncito Yu Ben Joseph Evangelista, David Cabatay, and Bryan John Yu. The company counts Sojitz Corporation and MIRAIT Holdings as strategic investors. Both Sojitz and MIRAIT are listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange with ticker numbers 2768 and 1417 respectively.
