LCF is an independent investment firm and is is licensed by the Financial Services Commission to provide investment dealing services, investment advice and to manage portfolios on a discretionary basis. LCF is a member of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) and acts as a corporate sponsor for firms seeking listing on the SEM. LCF was established in 2011 and started its operations in November 2012. It has inherited the wealth of experience, knowhow and goodwill upon acquiring the activities of Newton Securities Ltd (NSL). NSL was one of the founding members of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) in 1989. Its management and staff have been involved in the Mauritian and International markets, gathering experience and expertise over an extended period of time. LCF provides market information to its clients on a daily and weekly basis as well as bespoke company research. The information is gathered independently, presented in an effective manner to add value to the investment process for its clients.
