Lcs Low Carbon Solutions

LCS focuses on providing low carbon solutions to cities and buildings through city planning, architectural design, green building certification, MEP design and consulting, engineering consuting and management advisory services. Our project category ranges from new town planning, airports, transportation hubs and residential / commercial complex to factories, power stations, hospitals, theaters, etc. LCS was one the first team in the world to have successfully applied, and the pioneer in China to systematicly apply at large-scale projects advanced ecological technologies, such as the ground source heat pump, the concrete core activity, the capillary tube mats, the metal ceiling and the fresh air floor ventilation. LCS was spun off from the IFIB (Institut für Industrielle Bauproduktion) of Karlsruhe University, chaired by Prof. Niklaus Kohler. Prof. Kohler helped European governments to develop and implement low carbon solutions to cities and buildings. He is also the co-founder of the building life cycle theory. In LCS, talented planners, architects and engineers from different countries work closely together to integrate practical engineering experience and theoretical research. Our top-tier team members possess over 30 years of practical experience in city and building development. Members participated in projects such as the drafting of ENEV Energy Regulation, the German VDI Engineering Regulatory Framwork and the Eco2 (Ecological and Economical) Plan and Design Program of the World Bank. In China, we catered for different geographical situation to provide the most suited localised design, engineering and management expertise. The globalised technical team of LCS exihibited their respective areas of strength to ensure our unique innovation can be safely and reliably implemented in an economical manner.
