We recognise that there is a shortage of decent rental accommodation in this country, therefore we buy tired and run down properties and turn them into high end Co-living HMO’s. We do this by working with High Net worth Individuals (HNWI’s) and sophisticated investors by providing opportunities for them to invest in our projects and earn a healthy return on their money.
