To promote the softand hard skills,Le Rythme provides necessary skill development training programme, through its school "Rythme" to the different classes of the society including economically weaker section of the society (below poverty line) and under privileged children to boost their economic condition. To develop and demonstrate the soft skills, Le Rythme provides the platform to showcase the talents of the under privileged children by organizing and presenting "Best in Class" musical events across the country. In order to uplift the skills, and maintain the rich cultural heritage without any differentiation, the cultural activities for the under privileged children are organized along with the legends of Indian culture. With the mission of clean and green environment, Le Rythme is also closely associated with Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, supported in construction of college for womeat north east, distribute foods and cloths to the weaker section of the society.
