Le Studio Teatar

Le Studio theatre has been active in Serbia (Belgrade) since 2008, with its own actors and technical team, working space, and scene, including 70-100 seats and a continuous repertoire (including a theatre and music program). It is founded and managed by two professionals (theatre director/musician and set designer/puppeteer) with 15 years of experience in theatre methodology. One of the main activities of the Le Studio is training on acting techniques in structured, yearlong acting courses. And also, training of theatre professionals. The plays deal with topics relevant to society, experimenting with different aesthetics and genres, with a strong visual approach (using shadow theatre, puppets, video, etc.) Audience development is one of Le Studio's missions. The audience in Le Studio is friendly hosted, active on stage, and asked to share impressions after playing with authors and actors in a relaxed atmosphere. Update: The theatre currently due to covid does not have its venue anymore, only space for creation and workshops.
