Le Temps Pour Moi

Welcome! We are Le Temps Pour Moi — “Time for Me” in French. We are a therapy collective of private practitioners under the leadership of two licensed marriage and family therapists based in Los Angeles, CA. We believe that to have a healthy and fulfilling life, we must spend time and effort into growing spiritually, emotionally, relationally, financially, vocationally, intellectually, and physically. We like to use a gardening analogy when we talk about cultivating ourselves — the seeds we plant will flower and bear fruit if we tend to it consistently and with delicate care. Le Temps Pour Moi is dedicated to helping people tend to their emotional garden, while seeking to heal from past trauma, fear, and anger. We will process all of these negative and painful emotions in a safe place and help them mentally and emotionally become their best selves.
