LRW is a privately owned practice, originally founded by Alexander Leach, Herbet Rhodes & Albert Hilton Walker in 1952 in Manchester. The Practice has continually & successfully operated for more than 70 years. Head office in Manchester and an established office in London. Now working in collaboration with Brown+Company, based in York, on a range of sectors which brings historic and heritage specialisms. We employ over 90 plus staff across the 3 offices. Project value ranges from £1 million to £500 Million. We offer Architectural and Interior Design services, with supporting visualization and graphics. Our work is principally in the UK but we also work internationally and are currently now working in Europe and the US on several large hotel commissions. Specialists in high density urban schemes, across a wide range of sectors, including residential, student residential, hotels, retail, leisure, industrial & distribution, MSCP’s and offices. One of the countries leading specialists in the BTR (build to rent) sector and one of the top 3 practices in the Hospitality (Hotel) sector.
