LEAD Alliance is laying the groundwork to transform Auckland’s future. LEAD Alliance is a group of organisations who’ve come together to transform Auckland’s future. We’re delivering build-ready land and infrastructure in the large-scale developments overseen by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. LEAD stands for Land Enablement and Delivery. Through our collective commitment we’ve forged a powerful partnership, consolidating and streamlining land development processes. Our responsibilities include civil design and construction; removal of old state houses no longer fit for purpose; land remediation; arranging consents for earthworks and infrastructure; construction of roads, parks and utilities, and looking after the communities we work in as we go.
