Lead Brevard

LEAD Brevard's mission is to engage and develop leaders to achieve a preferred future. We address that mission through our flagship program Leadership Brevard and it's graduates; Young Professionals of Brevard (ypB) and with a series of signature events and activities. Leadership Brevard is the annual 8 month leadership development program - the program combines leadership skill enhancement, first-hand insights into Brevard's assets and challenges and hands-on team projects. Leadership After Hours is an opportunity for Leadership Brevard graduates and LEAD Brevard members to create or renew connections; the Community Stakeholder Summit (November) features Brevard's County Manager and other community leaders in a conversation about our future; 4 Under 40 (February) celebrates the next genereation of leaders as well as recognizes a current leader with the Rodney S. Ketcham Leadership Icon award and ACCESS (April) engages local leaders with our communities young professionals.
