LEAD-EHA is committed to developing leadership capability for long-term development. Our aim is to develop leaders in the public, corporate, and academic sectors in areas such as sustainability, resilience, and a systems perspective. The need to address the ever-increasing challenges of poverty, expanding populations, limited food production capacity, increasing ecological degradation, and the consequences of climate change drove the development and expansion of LEAD-EHA. We intend to continue and strengthen our collaborations with like-minded organizations and individuals, with the unwavering goal of "leaving no one behind." LEAD- EHA's primary policy is to establish a strong leadership capacity for all sectors in sustainable development, using the concept of planet before profit, and an all-inclusive development framework that drives decision making. Some of the packages we offer include: 1. Training and capacity building in: • Lead fellowship or alumni of fellows • Courses on sustainability, ecosystem management, governance, media, and development 2. Partnerships and networks by working with corporates and deliver relevant partnerships. In addition, we map and track Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as other key global conventions.
