PROFILE: Lead Foundation is a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) with a specific mandate to train young and dynamic people who will be trailblazers of societal transformation and emancipation. Its main target is on all around empowerment in the areas of Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development, LEAD will engage Youth Development, Advocacy Value re-orientation, Creativity/Innovation and Productivity via Entrepreneurship development. We are driven by a passion to add value to people’s life especially the younger generation moving them from dependency to enterprise and resourcefulness through upholding acceptable societal values. OUR VISION: To raise men and women for societal impact and emancipation. OUR MISSION: To constantly re-affirm the need for acceptable value system among the people by upholding the spirit of Leadership, Service, Patriotism, Integrity, Innovation, Industry Entrepreneurship, Discipline and Excellence gearing them up for societal development.
