ABOUT US We are a non-political and non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for young people to channel their creativity, energy, and aspirations to adding value to their communities. We develop the interest of the youth in governance, social inclusion, and participation in the democratic and political processes in Nigeria. We believe that the best way to achieve this is by building a generation of leaders with a new culture of politics and leadership solutions, results, impact, and patriotism. OUR VISION To be Nigeria's foremost organized movement for socio-political, economic, and cultural change and development OUR MISSION To build, develop and support a new generation of leaders with a socio-political culture to catalyze positive change in Nigeria OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES 1. To build a sustainable structure that works to change Nigeria's socio-political system for the common good of Nigerians. To build a new generation of leaders with a culture of social consciousness for social change. To build and support a network of like minds for socio-political change in Nigeria. To constantly support and empower young people's participation in Nigeria's political and entrepreneurial space. OUR PROGRAMMES 1. GET INVOLVED LEADERSHIP TRAINING We train our state government & local government representatives; and they in turn train the ward representatives and other members in their communities on civic responsibility, political participation and nation building. GET INVOLVED LEADERSHIP SUMMIT We hold regional summits in the geo-political zones. WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME The Lead Generation Initiative Women’s Leadership Development Programme is designed to provide encouragement and support for young women to get involved in all aspects of leadership. CREATIVE CRAFT OPENS Where creative youths and entrepreneurs are encouraged and supported in partnership with enterprise funding institutions.
