We help leaders, teams, organisations create transformation. One person, one team, one challenge at a time. Our story started in 2013 when our founders, who used to work at the United Nations, united to launch a learning and development firm in Geneva, Switzerland. Grounded in a deep sense of purpose, our aspirations always nudged us toward work that could make a bigger impact. Given our passion for the sustainable development agenda and our deep understanding of the UN culture, they became our first clients. We also began working alongside government agencies, foundations, private corporations and NGOs to increase our impact. We deepened our experience working with clients from over 30 countries. We became trusted partners to some of the world’s foremost though leaders in the field and up-levelled further the learning and developing strategies we could offer to our clients — a new way for us to bring best-in-class creative ideas to help our clients achieve their mission of propelling society forward.
