The Lead Sports Co. aims to change the lives of female athletes by teaching, empowering, and cultivating an environment for leadership and confidence through our online academy and annual summits. In addition to in-person events, the Lead Sports Co. has an online educational platform called the Lead Sports Academy. The Academy offers in-depth courses and interactive sessions taught by industry experts in the five most important topics for female athletes: Confidence, Leadership, Mental Health, Nutrition, and Sleep Education. All of our courses are self guided and can be completed by individuals or as a team experience.
