L5 helps catalytic leaders tackle big systemic problems together in community. We know that there are so many leaders out there with catalytic potential. We believe these leaders can be change agents in our world. The change they make needs to go deep to the root, or systemic, level. There are systems in our world today that are rotting, and we need paradigm shifts in our thinking in order to address them. If we are to see breakthrough, we have to address them in community with others. This is not a solo mission. We make this happen through our 4 training courses: Emerging Catalysts, Community Catalysts, Global Catalysts, and Kingdom Community Leaders Lab. We have something for all kinds of leaders who long to see breakthrough for the Kingdom of God.
