The problem we identified was that although leads are great, there was no way to easily classify a good lead from a bad lead. So we sat down and came up with a system that uses real people to take all the calls for you, turns calls into leads (Buyer and Seller), turns leads into listings, and turns those listings into more listings. Did we mention listings? We also developed a system that captures all the calls and using our 'ALS – Adaptive Learning Software' which decides if a caller is really going to buy, or if that call would be a waste of your time. Based on your feedback the system will learn what types of responses convert for you and try and deliver more of those responses in the future.
