Leaders Care aims to create a lifestyle for participants in which they can live their lives as they see fit while also developing their own growth. We’ve helped hundreds of people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals, gain access to their plans, and put them into action. We assist our participants in overcoming isolation, reducing loneliness, gaining confidence, developing relationships, participating in activities, and connecting with family, friends, and the community. We offer services on a personal and client-centered approach, understanding that each participant has individual needs and thus requires services. We are backed by years of experience and expertise.
