Leaders Evolution Group (previously Analia Yacot - International Leadership Development) offers consultancy, training and coaching services in the areas of leadership, communication, human resources and business strategy for executives and managers in international organizations, global companies and business schools. CICRE® (Complementarity and Integration for Cooperative and Responsible Evolution) is a methodology Analia Yacot has developed over her twenty-year-plus career as a coach. CICRE® is a systemic process that combines analysis of the individual and or/team member, and discovery of what Analia Yacot calls the ‘sacred and secret’. The starting point of CICRE® is an exploration of the self. Participants learn to be ‘owners’ of their talents. It is only by recognising our strong points and perfectly-imperfect nature, that our talents can flourish. After we do, fruitful collaboration with others flows. Therefore, unlocking the ‘sacred and secret’ is the key to creating profound personal and professional awareness, leveraging human skills, and ultimately facilitating transformative evolution for you, your organization, and society as a whole.
