All are affiliated to a coaching professional body. Coaching since 2005 We were amongst the first coaching practices in Geneva, Switzerland at the turn of the 21st century, initially specializing in leadership and career coaching for international professionals. We soon expanded our services to executive coaching and in-house leadership development programs, including training in coaching skills. Our current company, Leaders Today, was founded October 1st 2015. We have since trained and coached hundreds of professionals to enhance their leadership skills.
