WHO WE ARE: Effective coaching has dramatic effects on the performance of individuals and therefore on organisational success. Whether the organisation is global, regional or local, effective coaching can transform people, bring tangible results, increase organisation effectiveness and contribute to culture change. LCN is a team of expert corporate coaches who help individual clients in organisations to understand their potential, identify the challenges they face and move forward to the next step. Our one to one work with individual clients helps them achieve their goals by accessing and developing their own abilities. We create a completely confidential space in which we work on these issues as partners. We combine our experience in business and coaching to allow clients to unlock their full potential. We ensure that each of our clients works with the most appropriate member of the LCN team. We are a partnership, so we can pursue the best match for each individual client without compromising. WHY AN LCN COACH: Coaching expertise: All LCN coaches are certified by accredited coaching training schools in Greece and/or abroad (EMCC. ICF, AoC). They all have several years of coaching experience in different business environments in Greece and abroad. Code of Ethics: All LCN coaches are members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribe to the EMCC code of ethics (see The EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. Supervision: All LCN coaches operate with the benefit of regular and independent supervision which serves two purposes: quality assurance, to ensure clients are receiving the best possible coaching, and skills development for the coach. Professional development: Each LCN coach has their own professional development plan and is expected to pursue individual continuous learning. This plan is regularly followed and updated. Client Satisfaction: LCN has developed a standard approach for coaching evaluation. All LCN coaches have to receive a complete coaching evaluation from their client after each coaching assignment. This evaluation is then reviewed and discussed with the sponsor's representative. In addition to that, LCN coaches can develop a specific evaluation process based on the needs of the organisation.
