With Leadership Equity Assessment™ the organisation gets a practical easy-to-use development tool, which makes it possible to work goal-oriented with the development of the leadership competencies, which are proven to affect the organisations business results- Leadership Equity Assessment™ has signed an international licensing and distribution agreement with Persona Global, USA. Persona Global, a world market leader in field-tested, performance based methodologies and survey instrumentation to OD professionals, signs an international license agreement with Leadership Equity. The agreement means that Leadership Equity Assessment™ will be available in 60 countries from February 2011. As a result of the agreement, more than 500 consultancy agencies worldwide can be certified in the use of Leadership Equity Assessment™.
