Far too many leaders, especially ministry leaders, feel lonely and experience depression and anxiety which can lead to burnout and turnover. My experience and empathy compel me to offer an intentional, personalized plan to journey alongside ministry leaders and elders to sustain health and life for leaders and their ministries. We all get stuck and when we find ourselves in that “stuck” place or “stuck” season, it can be a lonely place. Leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. The name LeaderThreads comes from Ecclesiastes 4:12, ““A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.” Our time of journeying together will be focused on your goals and solutions for your specific context.
