I work with leaders and teams to build psychosocially safe, emotionally intelligent workplaces — particularly in regional and agricultural environments. My focus is on how people relate, behave and respond at work, and the human dynamics that shape performance, wellbeing and culture. These dynamics are deeply influenced by leadership presence, communication, role clarity, and how managers shape the team environment day to day. I support leaders to better understand their influence on others, take responsibility for the environments they create, and respond to individual needs within the realities of work. How people feel at work matters. The emotional tone of a team — often invisible, but always felt — directly shapes how people show up, communicate and perform. With new psychosocial safety legislation now in place, this is no longer a ‘soft’ issue. It’s a core leadership responsibility.
