Leading Edge has switching and data facilities located at One Wilshire in Los Angeles, California, Clark, Philippines and Panama City, Panama and has implemented rock solid switching and data solutions from Sonus, Lucent, Avaya and Cisco to service its wholesale carrier, enterprise and call center customers. Leading Edge is a facility-based FCC 214 licensed global communications provider specializing in dedicated and Internet Protocol (IP) based communications services and applications. Our service offerings include voice, data, enhanced communications services, network and transport management. Our suite of managed network services is designed for customers seeking to outsource their communications requirements with an IP based solutions partner.
