At Leading Edge Solutions, we’re focused on creating learning platforms which creates experiences to enable one to learn by doing. Experiential Learning though time intensive, focuses on the individual process of learning against the earlier one size “program” fits all approach thus, one makes discoveries and experiments with knowledge firsthand, instead of hearing or reading about others' experiences. Gamification: use of game-thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts in order to engage users and solve problems. Our team of instructional designers have been using these two application based mindsets to design highly engaging programs to bring about desired change and improvement among managers & leaders. IT plays an emerging role in our programs as it makes the simulations, games highly time saving, scalable and can be used to derive various analytical understanding of each learner individually. Though we are miles away from desired levels of data continuity and integration, we have initiated in the journey of alpha learning or adaptive learning, where the simulation gets customised based on the individuals strengths and weakness. This helps us concentrate of one’s opportunities and builds them into workable strengths. The platform also helps in creating a digital map of an individual’s competencies, strengths, learning agility which has the capability to merge across organisations and roles.
