Creating opportunities for college students to explore careers in different industries while building their network and gaining valuable work experience as Associate Consultant Interns. The Consulting Internship Program is a 8 to 20 week work experience where we dive deep in an industry and learn everything about it from the lens of consulting. Using consulting frameworks like Porters 5 forces, Blue Ocean Strategy and strategy position mapping, we create a holistic knowledge of the industry, the company and consulting in general. After the first 2 weeks of learning, CIP involves working for a company in an industry of your choice and conducting market research, competitive intelligence, strategy position mapping and demand generation projects. Associate consultant Interns gain extremely valuable and hyper personalised work experience which gives them the perfect stepping stone for the next step in their career goals. All of this while earning 3 X the average consulting internship stipend.
