Lean Group NZ are Lean facilitators and trainers. We provide best practice organisational change programmes designed to achieve sustainable long term benefits. With experienced staff and a network of leading consultants Lean Group NZ has the capability to provide Lean training to organisations of any size. We work at multiple levels within an organisation- Educating Leaders in the key skills to sustain a Lean journey, both in terms of competencies and Lean tools such as 5s, Root Cause Analysis and Value Stream Mapping- Lower level activities within an organisation to educate and promote process change, remove waste and empower employees. These activities include understanding the seven Wastes, Root Cause Analysis and Workflow diagrams- Understanding what to measure from a Lean perspective, the impact on the business and the finance department. We work closely with organisations to design facilitated programmes that promote long term change.
