Lean In Network Barcelona is a nonprofit dedicated to inspire and support professional women in Barcelona. Our activities aim to help women in their professional development and create the largest community of connected women in the city. We believe in a diverse, inclusive and egalitarian society, where men and women enjoy the same opportunities and are judged and valued based on the same parameters.
