Lean In Usc

Lean In USC is a student organization focused on building community and empowering women to become leaders across industries, in short, to lean in to their potential. We are a rather young organization, we have been around since August 2018 but have been hosting events on campus since February 2019. Our mission is built upon the three pillars of Community, Empowerment, and a combination of Professional & Personal Development. We are here as a resource for USC students, all our events and programs are surrounding the themes of these three pillars in order to bring our mission to life. Our Programs: Speaker Series - We host inspiring female professionals to share their experiences with our community through a series for panels, moderated discussions, and workshops. MentorHer - In this program we connect students with women across industries and professional trajectories to learn and grow into leaders and young professionals. RecruitHer - This is our career vertical focused on connecting students to companies we admire and encouraging them to pursue the careers of their dreams
