9 Years ago, we adopted Lean thinking. It revolutionised our business and everything we do in both our work and personal lives. We have grown and learned and improved every single day since that first day. Lean thinking has transformed the performance of organisations all over the world, but sometimes lean can be more complicated than it needs to be. At Lean Made Simple we promote lean in its simplest form. We are inspired by Paul Akers and his incredible best-selling book, “2 Second Lean.” Every week we welcome visitors to our factory in Ireland from around the world for our famous morning meeting and Lean Made Simple tours. They all leave with a different perspective and mindset.
