Lean Performance Life offers complete tailored programs with full coaching support for clients. We are experienced coaches that are prepared to guide clients towards their fitness and overall health goals. Clients are met where they're at and with an understanding with their coach, are appropriately educated and coached forward towards their goals so they understand how to keep these results for life. Lean Performance Life doesn't sell programs and wishes their clients luck. Our coaches check in with clients, daily if necessary, to make sure clients stay motivated and progress is understood and continuous. We are with our clients every step of the way. Lean Performance Programs are customized and complete to the understanding of each client. Everything from a clients - schedule - progress tracking - instruction and intent - nutrition - prioritized messaging - additional virtual sessions available if necessary As high performing individuals, each one of us is responsible for our pillars of wellness - Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Financial, Mental and Physical.
