Lean Seek isn’t just a business it’s a social movement. Our purpose is to close the gender pay gap. We will do uthis by increasing diversity in the workplace, addressing barriers to opportunities faced by women & investing in equality. We work with clients to achieve better gender diversity in leadership and tech teams and help our clients create environments where women thrive. Lean Seek finds diverse talent for tech and leadership roles. We built and use our proprietary talent identification platform which makes talent search and matching more efficient and effective. We are passionate about solving our shared social problem - the average woman retires with half the retirement savings of the average man and earns 20.8% less than the average man. We know role models are important to inspire women and we want to contribute to a meaningful increase in the number of women in leadership across Australian businesses. We want women founders to receive the investment they need to build businesses that solve meaningful problems. The gender pay gap is not just unfair, it’s bad for productivity, organisational performance and reputation and economic growth. The economy and our community lose when women aren’t properly represented and provided the conditions to succeed in the workforce. At Lean Seek, we practice what we preach. We hire people who need flexible work to allow for carer responsibilities. Our people co-own and share in the success of the business and we invest a significant percentage of our earnings to advocate and close the gender pay gap, including direct invest in women founders.
